As the oldest saddlery training school in Scotland, we aim to provide comprehensive training for people from all walks of life regardless of experience or ability, from complete beginner to experienced saddler or leather worker.

If you are looking for a new hobby or you would like to start your own business, we can help you to achieve your dreams. If you already run your own business and want to widen your skills, Saddlery Training Scotland can provide training up to and including City & Guilds standard. Those students wishing to prepare for City & Guilds exams can be catered for.

As we realise that our students have commitments of their own, we tend to run our courses on demand. If you can let us know when you want to come, we will try to accommodate. We run our courses for a maximum of 6 students, but we will also hold a course for 1 person, if needed, with no impact on the fees due.

Course fees are £500 per person for the 5 days, plus the cost of materials used.
